Accepted Insurance
We accept CareFirst/BCBS insurance plans, Hopkins & Evernorth/Cigna. If you are a member of another insurance network, we can provide you with a superbill that details the services provided so that you may receive reimbursement from your own network.
We seek to have transparency with our clients in our communication and expectations regarding money, as we know this can be an additional form of stress. Please let us know if there are financial constraints that may impact treatment so we can problem solve together.
Appointments (Telehealth & In-Person)
We provide both in person and Telehealth Services through SimplePractice® , a HIPAA compliant software.

The SimplePractice® Client Portal is a secure and easy way for you to communicate with your clinician, request appointments, sign documents, and even pay your appointment fees. To prepare, please review the following information before your first video appointment. You may still have questions, so please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
