Lauren has spent 26 years in clinical psychology and brings that same people-first mindset to running the practice. As COO, she manages the day-to-day so the rest of the team can focus on what they do best: helping people.

Lora Speake, LCSW-C · CEO
Setting the vision for a practice where great care and great culture go hand in hand.
Lora has been a licensed clinical social worker since 2013 and a board-approved supervisor since 2018. She leads Lola's with a genuine passion for mentoring clinicians and building a team that truly shows up for its clients.

Rachel Harman, LCSW-C · Clinical Director
Helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and psychosis in a calm, nonjudgmental space.
Rachel combines CBT and trauma-informed therapy to help clients better understand themselves and create meaningful change. Her chill, grounded presence makes it easy for people to open up and take real risks — in session and in life.

Lane Moulder, LCPC · Director of Growth & Strategic Partnerships
Supporting individuals through anxiety, life transitions, identity, and perinatal mental health — with warmth and evidence-based care.
With over 10 years of clinical experience, Lane brings both skill and genuine investment to every client she works with. She believes therapy works best when it's built on trust and authenticity, and she carries that philosophy into her leadership role too.

Britney Lamp, LCPC · Supervisor
Helping clients heal — and helping clinicians grow.
Britney brings over 15 years of experience to both her clinical work and her supervision role. She takes a holistic, integrative approach, drawing from CBT, solution-focused therapy, and psychoeducation to meet each person where they are.

Emily Wood · Administrative Coordinator
The friendly face (and organized brain) behind the scenes at Lola's.
Emily's background in psychology and benefits coordination means she brings real heart and know-how to every client interaction. She's passionate about making sure every person who reaches out to Lola's feels welcomed from the very first contact.

Delainey is the Social Media Coordinator at Lola’s Counseling Center and a student at NC State. Combining her Pack pride with a passion for mental health, she creates a warm, welcoming space across Lola's digital communities. Delainey loves using her creativity to make wellness resources accessible, relatable, and uplifting for everyone navigating life's ups and downs.

Beth Walters, LCSW-C

Rivka Fleischman
Finding creative ways to enter the client’s world while helping them connect with and heal their inner child.
Rivka earned two master’s degrees: one in special education from Towson University and one in mental health counseling from Northwestern University. She uses psychodynamic theory, internal family systems therapy, CBT, behaviorism, and play therapy to help clients heal. She specializes in complex trauma and works particularly well with individuals with autism and other developmental challenges. As a nerd, she often brings clients’ special interests into session.
